*사순절 다섯째 주일*

야곱의 우물은 유월절 예루살렘에서 아버지의 집이 강도의 소굴이 되어 무너진 모습을 보며 안탓가운 마음을 내려 놓는 곳이었습니다. 성전 귄력에 휩싸여 각종 시험과 비난을 받으셨던 어려운 마음도, 사역 하시면서 긍휼을 베풀고 기적을 보여도 변하지 않는 사람들을 보시며 낙심하신 마음도 내려놓는, 인류의 역사가운데 하나님 아버지의 일을 기억하며 쉼을 얻는 장소였습니다. 야곱의 우물가는 예수님에겐 예배의 장소였습니다.

다시 한번 힘을 내어 은혜를 회복하는 장소였습니다. 인류를 향한 사랑의 마음과 희생의 결단을 세우신 곳, 하나님 아버지께서 주신 사명을 바라보는 곳, 기억하는 곳이었습니다.

내일 야곱의 우물가로 나아와 예수님의 마음을 만나보는 귀한 시간 되길 기도합니다.

1. 성금요예배를 위한 그림묵상 그리기가 오는 금요모임때 진행됩니다.


2. 40일 사순절 찰런지를 계속 이어 나갑니다. 말씀묵상과 미디어 금식을 잘 해 나갈수 있도록 관심 가져 주십시오. 소예배당에 작은 기부함이 있습니다. 모인 기부금은 산호제 YMCA 유스프로그램에 전달될 예정입니다.


3. 어린이부 여름성경학교 봉사자를 받습니다. 8월 7-9일 (목-토)

* 교회 성경학교 8/7-9

    * 모든 성경학교 봉사자 첫 모임 오리엔테이션이 4월 6일 오후 1:30분에 씨엠방에서 있습니다.

4. 고등부 모임이 오는 토요일 오후 12:30분에 있습니다. 장소는 주중에 다시 공지 드리겠습니다.

Jacob’s Well became a place where Jesus laid down His sorrow over the temple, which had become a den of thieves rather than His Father’s house. It was where He released the burdens of opposition, criticism, and trials inflicted by religious authorities. It was where He found solace from the discouragement of witnessing people remain unchanged, despite His miracles and acts of mercy. It was a place of remembrance, a place where Jesus recalled His Father’s work throughout history and regained His strength. For Jesus, Jacob’s Well was a place of worship.

It was where grace was restored, where He reaffirmed His love for humanity, and where He strengthened His resolve to sacrifice Himself. It was where He fixed His gaze upon the mission given by His Father. It was a place of remembrance and renewal.

Please come to the Well of Jacob and meet the heart of Jesus tomorrow.

2. Please continue the 40-day Lenten Challenge. Do your best on our devotions and media fast. There is a small donation box in the narthex. Donations collected at the end of the Lent will go to the San Jose YMCA Youth Program.

3. CM VBS Volunteers needed! 8/7-8/9 (Thursday - Saturday)
