“Jesus, Take the Wheel” — John 6:16–21

When life feels like a storm and the waves grow strong, Jesus still comes to us. He is walking upon the waters, whispering, “I AM. Don’t be afraid.” 

This Sunday, we’ll explore how faith helps us invite Jesus into our “boat,” into our lives, our world, and even our planet in crisis. From the beauty of creation to small acts of kindness that calm fear, we’ll rediscover what it means to let Jesus take the wheel and guide us toward peace.

Come join us for worship, reflection, and hope as we navigate life’s storms together in the presence of Jesus.

‼️ Announcement

1) Gratitude Challenge - Ends this week. Please bring your note and dedicate it as an offering - there will be a offering box for the gratitude notes.

2) Thanksgiving Joint Service Next Sunday, 11:30 AM, Main Sanctuary. Bring fruits and vegetables as thanksgiving offerings.

3) Friendsgiving - This Friday, 7 PM. Please come and join the celebration. Please invite your friends and join the fun fellowship!

4) Please register for the Ski Retreat. (Your parents have Google Forms shared via group chat)

5) Xmas Presentation Prep begins today after lunch. We need everyone to participate.  

-성령강림후 스물셋째 주일-

“예수님, 방향키를 붙 잡아주세요” - 요한복음 6:16–21

삶이 폭풍처럼 흔들리고 파도가 거세질 때에도, 예수님은 여전히 우리에게 오십니다. 물 위를 걸으시며 말씀하십니다. “나다. 두려워하지 말아라.”

이번 주일에는 믿음이 어떻게 예수님을 우리의 “배,” 곧 우리의 삶과 세상, 그리고 위기에 처한 이 지구 속으로 모셔들이게 하는지를 함께 나누려 합니다. 창조의 아름다움을 존중하는 것에서 부터 작은 친절의 행동까지 우리 삶에 드리워진 두려움과 의심을 어떻게 잠잠케 할수 있는지 나누어 보려고 합니다. “예수님께 운전대를 맡긴다”는 것이 무엇을 의미하는지 새롭게 발견할수 있기를 기도합니다.

예배와 묵상, 그리고 소망의 자리로 함께 나와 예수님의 임재 안에서 함께 인생의 폭풍을 헤쳐 나갈수 있기를 소망합니다.

1)  한달동안 감사찰런지가 이번주에 마칩니다. 다음주일 예배에 감사노트 봉헌하는 시간이 있는데, 참여한 친구들은 노트를 가지고 와 본당로비에 준비될 봉헌함에 넣어주시면 감사하겠습니다. 

2) 다음 주일은 추수감사절 연합예배로 드립니다. 11:30분에 본당에서 모두 함께 예배 드립니다. 감사의 예물 - 과일 채소를 예배드리기 전에 재단에 봉헌 하는 시간이 있으니 참여 하도록 도와 주세요.

3) Friendsgiving이 오는 금요일 오후 7시에 있습니다. 친구들 초대할수 있는 좋든 기회입니다. 작년처럼 재미있는 이벤트를 준비하고 있으니 모두 참석할수 있도록 격려해주시면 감사하겠습니다. 

4) 유스부 프로필 업데이트와 겨울 수련회 등록을 해주시면 감사하겠습니다.

5) 이번주일부터성탄절프리젠테이션을준비하려고합니다. 유스들모두참여할수있도록격려해주시면감사하겠습니다.
