Love Sets Us Free - Luke 2:41–52

In today’s passage, the young Jesus begins to understand His divine calling, reminding us that true love sometimes means learning to let go. Mary’s love for her son had to grow from protection to trust, from holding on to releasing him into God’s hands. In the same way, we are called to love others not through control or fear, but through faith and freedom. When we entrust those we love to God’s care, love deepens, faith matures, and both we and they are set free to grow into God’s purpose.

As we gather for worship today, let our hearts open to the God who loves us freely and calls us to love in the same way. Come and join us in worship to rest in God’s presence, to trust in His care, and to be renewed by His love.

5) Xmas Presentation Prep begins 3rd Sunday of Nov. Please encourage youth to fully participate.

자유케 하는 사랑 - 누가복음 2:41–52

오늘 본문에서 어린 예수님은 하나님의 신적 부르심을 깨닫기 시작하십니다. 이 이야기를 통해 우리는 진정한 사랑은 때로는 놓아주는 법을 배우는 것임을 깨닫게 됩니다. 마리아의 아들은 이제 어머니의 보호 아래 머물러 있을 수 없었습니다. 마리아의 사랑은 붙잡는 사랑에서 신뢰하는 사랑으로, 품는 사랑에서 하나님의 손에 맡기는 사랑으로 자라나야 했습니다. 

우리 또한 두려움이나 통제가 아닌, 믿음과 자유로 사랑하도록 부르심을 받았습니다. 우리가 사랑하는 이들을 하나님의 돌보심에 맡길 때, 사랑은 더욱 깊어지고, 믿음은 성숙해지며, 우리와 그들 모두가 하나님의 뜻 안에서 자유롭게 성장하게 됩니다.

오늘 우리가 예배 가운데 모일 때, 우리를 자유롭게 사랑하시는 하나님께 마음을 열었으면 좋겠습니다. 그리고 주님께서 우리를 부르시는 그 자유로운 사랑으로 서로를 사랑하면 좋겠습니다. 하나님의 임재 안에서 쉼을 얻고, 그분의 돌보심을 신뢰하며, 자유케 하시는 사랑으로 새로워지는 예배가 되기를 소망합니다.

3) Friendsgiving이 11월 21일 금요일 오후 7시에 있습니다. 친구들 초대할수 있는 좋은 기회입니다. 작년처럼 재미있는 이벤트를 준비하고 있으니 모두 참석할수 있도록 격려해주시면 감사하겠습니다. 

4) 유스부 프로필 업데이트와 겨울 수련회 등록을 해주시면 감사하겠습니다.

5) 11월 셋째주일부터 성탄절 프리젠테이션을 준비하려고 합니다. 유스들 모두 참여 할수 있도록 격려해주시면 감사하겠습니다.
